we offer a Semi-Inclusive Package for those who prefer a more hands-on approach. Designed for events with up to 150 guests,

this option provides the foundation of our elegant venue

while giving you the flexibility to curate your own team of professionals.

including lanterns, wood pieces, candelabras, vases, and much more.

Premium Tableware:

Use of our high-quality premium plastic plates (designed to look like china),

matching plastic cups, flatware, and premium paper napkins.

Full-Service Setup:

Arrive to a fully realized vision.

Our staff handles the placement of all tables, chairs, linens, and décor before you arrive,

plus up-lighting to set the mood.


Your Personalized Elements

Professional Coordination:

For those getting married, this package allows you to bring in your own Coordinator to manage your itinerary.

(Our professional In-house coordination is available as an optional add-on).

Catering & Bakery Flexibility:

You provide your own caterer and cake/dessert vendors.

We simply require a Certificate of Insurance from each vendor 30 days prior to your event.

DIY Dining:

If you prefer to cook and bring in your own food, you may do so with a signed food liability waiver.

Flexible Setup Hours:

Additional setup time can be added to your booking to ensure you have all the time you need to prepare.

Your SEMI-INCLUSIVE experience also includes:


DJ SERVICES:

This package also includes (4) hour of professional DJ Services.

If more than (4) hours is desired,

the rate for the 5th hours and beyond is $100/hour

If this extra time is not already requested and paid for prior to the start of the event,

payment will be due at the time of your request and paid to Pearls in the Pines in Cash or by Credit Card.

BARTENDER SERVICES:

Pearls in the Pines does not hold a license to serve alcohol.

Therefore, if alcohol is desired, for liability protection and compliance purposes,

it is mandatory that we hire our preferred TABC-Certified Bartender

for a minimum of (4) hours, which is included in this package.

NOTE: You are required to supply all alcohol, ice, coolers, garnishes, mixers,

cups and anything else needed make the drinks you desire, prior to the event starting.

No Shots are allowed. Our Bartender will set up everything prior to opening the bar at your preferred time.

SECURITY:

A Security Officer must be present whenever alcohol is served.

Therefore, (4) hours of Security Services has also been included in this package.


MORE THAN 4 HOURS:

If more than (4) hours of Bartender Service is desired,

the rate for the 5th hours and beyond is $160/hour ($80 for the bartender and $80 for security).

If this extra time is not already requested and paid for prior to the start of the event,

payment will be due at the time of your request and paid to Pearls in the Pines in Cash or by Credit Card.

75 GUESTS or MORE:

Parties of 75 Guests or more require two Bartenders and two Security Officers,

and the extra cost for this will be added to your total price.

Events hosted on Sundays or Holidays are subject to a 30% premium.



Good to Know

Maintenance Fee:

To help us keep our venue and grounds beautiful for your big day,

a mandatory 6% fee is added to all bookings.

Sales Tax:

All rates are subject to the standard Texas sales tax of 8.25%.

Payment Processing:

For your convenience, we accept credit card payments with a 3.8% service fee.

You are also welcome to pay via check or cash to bypass this additional charge.
