Semi-Inclusive:
Up to 150 Guests - Venue Availability: 10 AM to Midnight
● This Semi-Inclusive Package requires that you find your own Coordinator or pay extra for ours.
● Provide your own Caterer and Cake Vendor. Each Vendor will be required to present Pearls in the Pines
with their Certificate of Insurance, no less than 30 days prior to the event.
If you choose to bring in the food yourself,
you must sign a waiver releasing Pearls in the Pines from all liability.
● Includes usage of the Venue for your Indoor or Outdoor Ceremony, and for your Indoor Reception.
● Includes the use of Bride and Groom’s Dressing Rooms.
● Use of Tables and Chairs for your number of Guests. (Chair Covers and Sashes are an additional fee)
● Use of our In-House Table Linens of various colors,
along with an abundance of In-House Décor to decorate your tables with,
such as wood pieces, vases, candelabras, lanterns, candles, etc.
● Includes use of our Premium Plastic Plates (looks like China)
and our elegant In-House Charger Plates for your plate settings.
For the serving of the Brides Cake, we will also provide matching Premium Plastic Cake Plates,
Flatware and Premium Paper Napkins for each guest.
● Everything will be set up and decorated according to your request.
● Use of Venue’s Up-Lighting.
● (4) hour of DJ services plus one-hour set up time will be provided on the day of your event.
Any time over (4) hours will be an extra $100 per hour.
If extra time is desired and not noted in the charges at signing,
the extra monies will be due at the time of your request and paid to Pearls in the Pines.
ALCOHOL:
● Pearls in the Pines Wedding & Event Venue does not hold a license to serve alcohol.
Therefore, if alcohol is desired, for liability protection and compliance purposes,
it is mandatory that we hire our preferred TABC-Certified Bartender for (4) hours,
which is included in this package.
PLEASE NOTE:
● You are required to supply all alcohol, coolers, ice, garnishes, drink mixers, cups
and anything else needed, prior to the event starting. No Shots are allowed.
The TABC Bartender will set up everything prior to opening the bar immediately after the ceremony.
● Keep in mind a Security Officer must always be present where alcohol is served or consumed.
Therefore, (4) hours of Security Services have been included in this package.
● For both TABC and Security, if more than (4) hours are desired or needed, it will be an extra $80/hour for each.
If this extra time/cost is not already included in the charges at signing,
the extra money will be due at the time of your request and paid to Pearls in the Pines.
● For both TABC and Security, if there’s 125 Guests or more, two of each are required and included.
