Semi-Inclusive Package

Semi-Inclusive: Up to 150 Guests  -  Venue Availability: 10 AM to Midnight


• Provide your own Vendors, with Venue approval, except TABC, Coordinator and Security.

Must use one of our recommended Vendors for these three, unless approved otherwise.

• Includes usage of the Venue for Weddings, Indoor or Outdoor Ceremony area, Indoor Wedding Reception area,

Bride and Groom rooms, including usage of Table and Chairs for your number of guests.

• Includes In-House Linens of various colors, along with abundance of

In-House Décor to choose from to decorate your tables with,

such as wood pieces, vases, candelabras, lanterns, candles, etc.

• All the Venue will be set up and decorated for you.

• Use of Venue’s Up-Lighting.

• Use of In-House Day of Coordinator.

• Premium Plastic Plates (looks like China) and In-House Charger Plates for your plate settings.

Plus, Plates for serving Brides Cake, Cups for Punch, and Flatware and Napkins for each guest.

• Security for at least (4) hours will be provided. Any time over (4) hours will be an extra $60.00 an hour.

• (4) hours of TABC service will be provided to serve alcoholic beverages,

however, you are required to supply all Alcohol, Ice, Coolers, Garnishes and Cups as needed.

• (4) hour of DJ services plus Ceremony and set up time will be provided on the day of your event.

• A Down Payment of $300.00 is required to Secure your date (this will be applied towards the rental fee).

Monthly Payments are required thereafter, and the total must be Paid in Full (30 days) prior to event.
