The All-Inclusive package at Pearls in the Pines handles all of those details for you, and for those with RV's, we even offer on-property RV accommodations.

What's Included in Our

All-Inclusive wedding Package?

This package covers the use of our Indoor and Outdoor Ceremony and Reception spaces,

plus one of our Delicious Meal Packages.


Both Meal Packages come with the following:

Usage of White Glass China Dishes or mix and match China (Vintage) with Silverware and Napkins.

Usage of Charger Plates, Glass Tea Glasses, Tables and Chairs as needed.

Usage of In-House Linens of various colors, including In-House Runners and Overlays.

Usage of In-House Table Center Pieces and Decorations, Lanterns, Wood Pieces,

Candles, Candelabras, Vases, Signs, and many other items available.

Assistance with Designing Tables and Creating Centerpieces for your tables.


Access to Venue at 10 A.M. the day of your event until Midnight, except on Weekdays or Holidays (different hours may apply). Closed Sunday's.

Use of Venue Indoor/Outdoor, Two-hour Rehearsal the day before, providing there is no other event scheduled.

Two-hour Photo Shoot time for Bridal Party with your Photographer. Day of Coordinator,

TABC Bartender for 4 hours, including bottle openers, and scoops.

All Alcohol, Ice, Cups, Coolers and Bottled Waters to be provided by you, and served by the Bartender.

For an extra cost, our TABC can provide a list of options, and then pick up and deliver for you.

Security Officer (4 hours).

Bridal Cake allowance from our Preferred Cake Baker.

Amount based on the number of Guests. 


Staff to Cut and Serve Cake. Staff to Serve Meal at Buffet. Staff to Bus Tables after Meal.

Set up/Take Down of Cocktail Table. Set up/Take down of Buffet Table. Water & Tea (all Condiments) during meal.

In House Up-Lighting. Setup/take down of Decorations at the pond.

Clean-up of Venue after event, except personal belongings in Bride & Groom Rooms. 

DJ for 4 hours, Ceremony, plus Reception and 1 hour of set up.


Pearls in the Pines Wedding & Event Venue and it's Vendors handle all setup logistics, 

for all of  your Dishes, and Linens, Venue décor placement, and timeline management,

so you arrive to a finished space, completely set up and ready to go, rather than a to-do list,

leaving you free to greet guests, and dance the night away under the East Texas stars.


Optional Upgrades:

Chair Covers, Mirror Photo Booth with Props, Two Night Stay at Bethy Creek Resort in Huntsville.
