The All-Inclusive package at Pearls in the Pines handles all of those details for you, and for those with RV's, we even offer on-property RV accommodations.

What's Included in Our

All-Inclusive wedding Package?

Both our "Design Your Own" and "Bar-B-Q Meal" Packages below Include the Following:


● In-House Day of Coordinator will be provided

●  Access to Venue at 10 A.M. the day of your event, until Midnight, except on Weekdays & Sunday's (different hours apply)

● Use of Venue’s Indoor and Outdoor areas for your Wedding and Reception

● Use of Bride and Groom’s Dressing Rooms

● Use Tables and Chairs as needed for your number of Guests

●  Use of In-House Linens of various colors, including In-House Runners and Overlays, along with an

abundance of In-House Decorations, Table Center Pieces, Lanterns, Wood Pieces, Candles, Candelabras, Vases, etc.

● Use of our White Glass China Dishes or mix and match China (Vintage)

● Use of our Charger Plates, Flatware, Linen Napkins, Glass Tea and Water Glasses

●  The Venue and all your Tables, Linens, Dishes, and Décor you’ve chosen will be set up for you,

ready to go when you arrive the day of your event

● Venue Staff will set up In-House Up-Lighting

● Two-hour Rehearsal the day before with Coordinator, providing there is no other event scheduled

●  $300.00 Bridal Cake allowance from our Preferred Cake Baker (for 75 guests or more)

For less than 75 guests there’s a $175.00 Bridal Cake allowance

●  Catering Staff to Serve Meal at Buffet, Cut and Serve Cake, and Bus Tables after Meal

●  Venue Staff will set up/take down all Decorations at our Pavillion by the Pond Ceremony area.

● Venue Staff will Clean-up Venue after event, except personal belongings in Bride & Groom Rooms

●  (4) hour of DJ services plus one-hour set up time will be provided on the day of your event. Any

time over (4) hours will be an extra $100 per hour. If extra time is desired and not noted in the

charges at signing, the extra monies will be due at the time of your request and paid to Pearls in the Pines.

●  ALCOHOL: Pearls in the Pines Wedding & Event Venue does not hold a license to serve alcohol.

Therefore, if alcohol is desired, for liability protection and compliance purposes, it is mandatory

that we hire our preferred TABC-Certified Bartender for (4) hours, which is included in this  package.

●  NOTE: You are required to supply all alcohol, coolers, ice, garnishes, drink mixers, cups and

anything else needed, prior to the event starting. No Shots are allowed. The TABC Bartender will

set up everything prior to opening the bar immediately after the ceremony.

●  Please keep in mind a Security Officer must be present where alcohol is served or consumed.

Therefore, (4) hours of Security Services have been included in this package.

●  For both TABC and Security, if more than (4) hours are desired or needed, it will be an extra

$80/hour for each. If this extra time/cost is not already included in the charges at signing, the

extra money will be due at the time of your request and paid to Pearls in the Pines.

●  For both TABC and Security, if there’s 125 Guests or more, two of each are required and included.

● Optional Upgrades: Chair Covers and Sashes, Magic Mirror Photo Booth with Props & Prints,

Horses for Photo’s (if this upgrade is chosen a liability waiver will be provided for you to sign).
