What’s Included in Your Rental:

Enjoy exclusive use of the venue from 10 A.M. to 10 P.M.

Flexible use of our elegant indoor hall and scenic outdoor Pavilion by the Pond.
Luxury Preparation Suites:
Full access to our private Dressing Rooms, perfect for wedding parties, VIP keynote speakers, and those special once-in-a-lifetime quinceañeras.
Complete Tables & Seating:
Custom setup of our tables and chairs tailored to your specific guest count.
Designer Linens & Décor:
Choose from a vast selection of in-house linens, runners, overlays, and curated décor, including lanterns, wood pieces, candelabras, and vases.
Fine Tableware:
Use of our beautiful white glass china, or our vintage mix-and-match china, along with our charger plates, flatware, and glassware.
Full-Service Setup & Teardown:
Arrive to a fully realized vision.
Our staff handles the placement of all tables, linens, dishes, and décor before you arrive, plus up-lighting to set the mood.
Professional Catering Support:
Our staff serves your meal at the buffet, manages binned tables, and provides cake-cutting services.
Pre-Event Window:
A two-hour block the day before your event (subject to availability). While typically used for wedding rehearsals,
this time can also be used to bring in and set up any special items you wish to use for your event.
Effortless Clean-Up:
We take care of the venue cleaning post-event, so you only have to worry about your personal belongings.
Specialized Services for Weddings:
In-House Day-of Coordinator:
Although called "day-of," our professional Coordinators step in 4–8 weeks before the wedding
to create a detailed itinerary and finalize any and all details with the venue.
She also handles the Direction of the Ceremony & Reception, lining up the wedding party, cueing music, and directing guests.
Also, any Emergency Problem-Solving, fixing last-minute hiccups (broken items, seating changes) discreetly.
She is the Point Person, directing the whole day so you can enjoy the day.
Ceremony Perfection:
Dedicated setup and teardown for the Pavilion by the Pond ceremony area.
Rehearsal Time:
A two-hour rehearsal window the day before your wedding (subject to availability) with your coordinator.
Bakery Allowance:
We partner with a Preferred Cake Baker to offer a $300.00 Bridal Cake allowance for events with 75+ guests (or $175.00 for smaller gatherings).
Optional Enhancements for Your Event:
Ask about our upgrades, add-on our premium Chair Covers and Sashes,
and to add a little more fun for your guest be sure to include
our Magic Mirror Photo Booth with props and free printed photos.
Your ALL-INCLUSIVE experience also includes:
DJ SERVICES:
This package also includes (4) hour of professional DJ Services.
If more than (4) hours is desired,
the rate for the 5th hours and beyond is $100/hour
If this extra time is not already requested and paid for prior to the start of the event,
payment will be due at the time of your request and paid to Pearls in the Pines in Cash or by Credit Card.
BARTENDER:
Pearls in the Pines does not hold a license to serve alcohol.
Therefore, if alcohol is desired, for liability protection and compliance purposes,
it is mandatory that we hire our preferred TABC-Certified Bartender
for a minimum of (4) hours, which is included in this package.
NOTE: You are required to supply all alcohol, ice, coolers, garnishes, mixers,
cups and anything else needed make the drinks you desire, prior to the event starting.
No Shots are allowed. Our Bartender will set up everything prior to opening the bar at your preferred time.
SECURITY:
A Security Officer must be present whenever alcohol is served.
Therefore, (4) hours of Security Services has also been included in this package.
MORE THAN 4 HOURS:
If more than (4) hours of Bartender Service is desired,
the rate for the 5th hours and beyond is $160/hour ($80 for the bartender and $80 for security).
If this extra time is not already requested and paid for prior to the start of the event,
payment will be due at the time of your request and paid to Pearls in the Pines in Cash or by Credit Card.
75 GUESTS or MORE:
Parties of 75 Guests or more require two Bartenders and two Security Officers,
and the extra cost for this will be added to your total price.
